This photo shows the outside view of a bus window on a rainy day, the condensation from the heat inside the bus, this made it so when taking a photo from the outside made the person appear blurred and unclear. I think the photographer has achieved this image by using elements such as form, distortion and key camera exposure techniques used due to the lack of outside but mortality of inside light. I like the use of cool colour tones and the texture of the rain on the window. The only thing I might change when doing my own photo-shoot is the surrounding area as I may find it difficult to find a bus on a rainy day that fits into my schedule so i may have to use the same techniques but through a different window such as a house window of a car window.

Photo Two;

This image shows a girl who we can see more clearly than the first photo also in a bus on a late rainy night, she seems tired and cold. I like the photographers use of blur effect, perspective and focusing techniques, I believe these techniques help to convey the the story/message behind the image itself, for example the women looks as if shes had a long day at a late night shift at work and the blur could represent how her struggles go unseen by her colleagues and friends and that their perspective of her is different to what her reality is. I thick the artist must have achieved this image by using specific camera settings and camera equipment such as a tripod to capture images that stayed steady. When I do my own photo-shoot I hope to use some of these techniques as well as camera settings so that I can capture in a similar style to these photos.

Photo Three;

1.PNG

I like this image due to the childish drawings featured in the photo and uses focus, perspective and dim colour techniques, I think the message that the photographer tries to show is that there is a childish side to everyone even if its difficult to see representing emotions of belonging and conflicting isolation. The only thing I dislike is that the focus on the drawings are difficult to see I believe if the artist had made them more clear it could have improved the image. If I were to use this image as a example of how I captured my own photos i would use similar techniques and try my best when it comes to camera focus and camera settings.

Photo Four;

shoot 1.PNG

This photo shows a old man sitting on a bus on a rainy night, perhaps this could be a metaphor for childhood wonder "Santa's day job". The photographer has used shape, focus and perspective elements within this image and has achieved this representational style by correctly using camera equipment and camera settings. When I do my own photo-shoot I want to include a similar style to the artist own work and feature similar betrayal emotions.

Overall;

The above images portray the advance persons culture / daily life and shows a cold and damp atmosphere, I think the main style the artist achieves in these images is representational, this allows viewers to show their perspectives in what messages are being sent by these images, I believe that the photos above reveal metaphors surrounding everyday life.

I gained inspiration from this by producing my own images based on windows which I ended up editing to be either blurred or oddly focused to help represent the photographers own work.
